If you like Burgers this recipe might be your new obsession! I am totally late to this party, as this Crack Burger recipe has been viral on Tik Tok for quite a while. It looked kinda gimmicky, so I didn't take it too seriously. I was always curious about it, but today I finally try it.
Will it live up to the hype, or is this recipe completely overrated? Watch my video to see what I think.

Ingredients:
1 lb bacon
1.5lbs 80/20 ground chuck
3 tablespoon sour cream
2-3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese
2 teaspoons seasoning of your choice
6 slices American Cheese
6 Hamburger Buns
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pickles

Start by Cooking the Bacon. Chop up and set aside. Get a large bowl and add ground beef, ranch seasoning, sour cream, shredded cheese, Seasoning, and chopped bacon. Mix well without trying to overly mix.

Using a Burger Press or by making by hand, get around 1/4-1/2 portion of the ground beef mixture and form patties. Place in the fridge for a while to let them firm up.

Heat up your grill for dual zone cooking. Place the coals over to one side. Cover and let heat up for a few minutes. Place the Burger patties to the indirect side, and cover. Once they have cooked a bit, spin the grate and cook them directly over the hot coals.

Flip them over and place them over the indirect cooking side. Again give them a few minutes to cook. Finally spin the grate and sear them on the other side. Remove and allow to rest for a few minutes.

Assemble your burger with lettuce, burger, bacon, tomato, onion, and pickles. Enjoy!
