Homemade Cold Smoked Cheese

Pick your choice of hard cheeses, and slice into manageable piece. Place wood pellets in cold smoking tube. Smoke cheese for 2-3 hours.



Vacuum seal cheese and allow for the smoke to settle in cheese for 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator. Click the video below for more detailed instructions.
